San Felipe Marina Resort, San Felipe (Baja California)

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, and service from the staff was lacking. While the beach nearby was quite nice, the location didn’t make up for the numerous issues we faced, including a lack of basic amenities and unclean conditions. Overall, it felt like a distressing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

We decided to check out a hotel in San Felipe but left feeling relieved we didn't book a stay there. The rooms were outdated and overpriced, and the front desk staff seemed disinterested in our questions. We found better options nearby at a new resort that offers more for less. Overall, it felt like a missed opportunity as we were looking for a comfortable family-friendly place.

The hotel has a great beach location, just a short drive from town, and the breakfast was fantastic. However, the room we got felt outdated and wasn’t worth the price. The restaurant experience during lunch and dinner is unknown since I didn’t try them, and the check-in process was a hassle at first, but things got sorted out eventually.

I had an incredible stay at this resort! It's tucked away just south of San Felipe, providing a sense of seclusion that we loved. The private beach was stunning, and the cleanliness of the rooms added to our comfort. However, it was clear that some renovations were ongoing, which might not appeal to everyone. Overall, a fantastic getaway with beautiful views!
